Adding this in late, but this was a really fun workout.


For sure after this though I knew I couldn't run for awhile. And then throughout the day my shin hurt to the touch too. Quite a bit actually. Bike it is for awhile!


I ordered compression socks also.

Partner tap out with rower
20 total reverse lunges with 15lbers

20 power jacks with medicine ball
(2ish)


10 side steps on bench with 15lbers, each side
2 burpees
(x2)


Repeat row again


10 dead lift
2 burpees
(x2)


Repeat row
